The Hong Kong Heritage Conservation Foundation Limited is a non-profit organization established by the Ng Teng Fong family in March 2008. The primary objectives of the company are to revitalise and maintain heritage buildings, and promote the conservation and appreciation of heritage and historic places, and their importance in the life of the community. The company is responsible for the conservation and operation of Tai O Heritage Hotel, revitalised from the old Tai O Police Station. The Hotel has been recognised by UNESCO with an Award of Merit at the 2013 Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation.

Mr Daryl Ng Win Kong
Mr Daryl Ng Win Kong holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Master Degree of Science from Columbia University in U.S.A.. He has been actively involved in many heritage projects over the past few years, such as Tai O Heritage Hotel, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Fullerton Waterboat House, and Clifford Pier.
He is an enthusiastic supporter of community initiatives, and is a member of the International Advisory Council of Columbia University in the City of New York, a member of the 10th Sichuan Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (“CPPCC”), a member of the 12th Beijing Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, a member of the 10th and 11th Committees of the All-China Youth Federation and the Deputy Chairman of the Chongqing Youth Federation. He is a trustee member of World Wide Fund for Nature Hong Kong, the Vice Chairman of Hong Kong United Youth Association, a member of Executive Committee of The Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong, a member of the Social Welfare Advisory Committee, a member of the Executive Committee of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited and a member of Friends of Hong Kong Association Limited. He is a Director of The Community Chest of Hong Kong and Ocean Park Corporation.
Ms Nikki Ng Mien Hua
Ms Nikki Ng Mien Hua holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Yale University in U.S.A. and a Master Degree of Arts from the School of Oriental and African Studies in United Kingdom. She has been actively involved in many heritage projects over the past few years, such as The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Clifford Pier and Customs House.
She is an enthusiastic supporter of community initiatives, and is a member of Art Museum Advisory Panel, a member of Hong Kong Arts Development Council, a Committee Member of the Hong Kong Arts Festival, Director of the Asian Youth Orchestra, a member of The Council of Lingnan University, a member of The Career Development Committee of Lingnan University, a Member of The Campus Development and Management Committee of Lingnan University and a Co-opted Member of Societal Engagement Task Force of The Commission of Poverty. She is also a Member of the Twelfth Shanghai Committee of The Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.

Mr. David Ng Win Loong holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia University in U.S.A..
Mr Francis Lim Weng Hua holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree (Hons) and is an affiliate member of The Australian Institute of Architects. He has considerable experience in the area of hospitality design, and in project management on conservation developments involving hotels.
Directors of the company have considerable experience in heritage buildings revitalisation projects and have been actively involved in many heritage projects over the past few years, such as The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Waterboat House, Clifford Pier and Far East Square.
