Hong Kong Heritage Conservation Foundation Limited (HCF) is a non-profit-making organisation established by the Ng Teng Fong Family in March 2008. It identifies and showcases the heritage significance of historical projects in both Hong Kong and Singapore.
HCF holds the belief that conservation of cultural heritage helps the community to build a sense of identity and strengthen relationships in society. The primary objectives of HCF are to revitalise and conserve historic buildings, and to promote the appreciation and importance of cultural heritage to the community.
HCF is responsible for the conservation and revitalisation of the old Tai O Police Station, a Grade II historic building, into Tai O Heritage. Operating as a non-profit-making social enterprise, the Hotel has been recognised by UNESCO with an Award of Merit at the 2013 Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation.
Directors of HCF are enthusiastic supporters of community initiatives, and possess considerable experience in heritage buildings revitalisation projects. They have been actively involved in many heritage projects, including Tai O Heritage Hotel, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, The Fullerton Waterboat House, Clifford Pier and Far East Square.
Mr Daryl Ng Win Kong
Mr Daryl Ng is a steadfast supporter of good causes for the betterment of the community. He has been actively participating in community services, green initiatives, heritage conservation, as well as art and cultural events to contribute to building a better community.
Additionally, he is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Blue Cross (Asia-Pacific) Insurance Limited and BEA Life Limited, a Director of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, a General Committee member of The Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies, a member of the Global Leadership Council of Columbia University in the City of New York, a member of the 10th Sichuan Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (‘CPPCC’), a member of the 12th Beijing Committee of CPPCC, a member of the 10th and 11th Committees of the All-China Youth Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Chongqing Youth Federation, a member of the Social Welfare Advisory Committee, a member of the Executive Committee of Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council Limited and a Director of The Community Chest of Hong Kong. He was appointed a member of the 12th Beijing Committee of CPPCC in 2013. His proposals, including youth development, air purification and inline hydro concept, have been positively received by the Beijing Committee of CPPCC.
Heritage projects Mr Ng has been involved include Tai O Heritage Hotel, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Fullerton Waterboat House and Clifford Pier.
Mr Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and a Master Degree of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University of the USA.
Ms Nikki Ng Mien Hua
Ms Nikki Ng is a strong advocate of arts and cultural development. She has been actively involved in many heritage projects over the past few years, such as The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Clifford Pier and Customs House.
Ms Ng serves as a member of the Art Museum Advisory Panel, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Arts Festival. She is also a member of the Twelfth Shanghai Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Ms Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Master of Arts degree from the School of Oriental and African Studies, the University College of London.

Mr David Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia University of the USA.
Mr Alexander Ng Win Yew
Mr Alexander Ng holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia University of the USA.
Mr Francis Lim has considerable experience in the area of hospitality design, and in project management on conservation developments involving hotels.
Mr Francis Lim holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree (Hons) and is an affiliate member of The Australian Institute of Architects.
